These terms govern the use of calendario.page, a booking tool for sales reps. By booking a meeting or sending a request you accept these conditions.
1. What we offer
calendario.page lets a sales rep publish their availability and a client book a meeting or request a group proposal, with no need to create an account.
2. Proper use
You agree to use the service legitimately, with accurate data, and without attempting to damage, overload or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
3. Bookings and proposals
A confirmed booking is a meeting commitment, not a purchase contract. Group proposals are indicative until the sales rep confirms terms in writing.
4. Service availability
We do our best to keep the service running, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance or external causes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
5. Liability
The content of each public page is the responsibility of the sales rep who manages it. We are not liable for agreements reached between rep and client outside the platform.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its update date.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.
